Stine Mikkelsen is part of a new generation of designers, who work in the field between craft and design, innovation and tradition. Her designs are developed with focus on new ways of understanding and utilizing both materials and design processes. In that way she bridges the gap between several technical disciplines and genres with new typologies as result.
